Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be refunded with more than 3 weeks' notice for a cancellation.
During peak season (April to September), we require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice for all cancellations. In this case, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 3 weeks in advance, we keep your deposit to cover all costs incurred.
Modify the number of participants at least 72 hours in advance.
There is no penalty for changing the participants in the group more than 72 hours in advance. However, please advise us of the number of members in your group at least 72 hours before your reservation. If a participant cancels less than 72 hours before the reservation, you will have to pay $15 per person who does not show up.
Date change requests must be made more than 72 hours in advance to reuse the deposit already paid.
Our staff is paid for all canceled reservations. A new deposit must be paid to reserve the new date if the date change request is made less than 72 hours in advance. If the request is made more than 72 hours before the reservation, your deposit will be applied to the new date.
Regarding people with reduced mobility who want to participate
It's always difficult to say if someone with reduced mobility (e.g., pregnant) can take the course since all bodies are so different. We, therefore, recommend that the person try the beginning of the course to see if it suits them. If they are unable to continue, they can pay a 50% reduction for the introduction part, photo part, and get the gift. This does not apply to the "Bare Minimum" package.
