(Fr/Eng) A weekly opportunity to improve your mobility and learn movements that enhance flexibility, adapted to different body types. This class offers a series of stretches that will help you perform splits, backflips, leg extensions and forward curls. We use our vocabulary of standing movements to dance a jumpsuit and you have the option to wear heels or shoes for part of the class. This course emphasizes the accessibility of movement through adaptations and explanations throughout the session.
