By registering for our courses at ARABESQUE BURLESQUE, le.la participant accepts responsibility for the risks generated by his or her participation in the course. Le.la participant understands the potential hazards of the course. Le.la participant now and forever, releases the responsibility of the instructors and assistants from all charges, demands, indemnities and rights or causes, present and future, arising out of or connected with their participation in the course. ARABESQUE BURLESQUE School assumes no responsibility for any medical costs, injuries or damages suffered by the participant in connection with or in connection with the activity.

THE ATTESTATION OF THIS DOCUMENT EXPRESSLY GUARANTEES ALL RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH SUFFERED BY THE PARTICIPANT AND AFFIRMS THAT ARABESQUE BURLESQUE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR BODILY INJURY AND/OR DEATH. THIS DOCUMENT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY, A WAIVER ON THE PART OF THE PARTICIPANT OF HIS/HER LEGAL RIGHT TO RECOVER DAMAGES IN THE EVENT OF INJURY, INJURY OR DEATH AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PARTICIPANT AND ARABESQUE BURLESQUE THAT THE LATTER SIGNS OF HIS/HER OWN VOLITION.

The participant, by signing this document, consents to ARABESQUE BURLESQUE photographing and/or filming the groups and participants during the duration of the session. The participant consents to the use of the photographic material or video for the sole purpose of promotion for the ARABESQUE BURLESQUE school. He understands that the material will remain the property of ARABESQUE BURLESQUE and waives any remuneration for the use of it.
